The case of Anton and Elena proves that no age difference is a hindrance to true love. In our country, there are still a lot of negative attitudes in society towards unequal marriages when a man is much older than a woman.
Many people immediately begin to say offensive things to such people about «gray in the beard» or that «the young married an old money bag.» And already to a marriage in which a man is much younger than his wife, many of our people in general are sharply negative and hostile, as if there is something unhealthy in this and as if a young man really cannot fall in love with a mature woman.
Anton and Elena once got into a similar situation — the difference in their age is as much as 34 years, but despite all the obstacles, the couple were able to save their marriage. When Anton first saw Elena, he was only 16 years old. And Lena was already a mature woman at that time: she was 50 years old, she had 2 marriages and one adult child of 24 years — a daughter who had been living separately from her for a long time. Many women, when they turn 50, disappear and literally write themselves down as «women», thinking that nothing good will happen in their lives.
But not Elena: a woman in her 50s was full of energy, and, most importantly, optimism, and believed that age was not a hindrance to looking good. The woman was in no hurry to write herself down in the «old woman»: Elena was actively engaged in sports, did not have excess weight, loved to travel and was easy on the upswing.
All her friends assured her that she looked at least 10 years younger than her age, and Anton himself, when he first saw Elena, did not think that the woman was already 50. Anton and Elena met by chance, on the birthday of a friend of his father, and Elena was one of the birthday girl’s friends. And Anton disappeared.
While his 16-year-old peers were running on a date with their peers, Anton was suffering from unrequited love for an adult Elena and was considering a plan to conquer this adult woman. But everything happened by itself. A few years later, when the young man was only 19 years old, he and Elena accidentally ran into each other in a bookstore.
They found out that, despite the age difference, they have many favorite books in common. So the romance began, especially since Elena herself, despite her 53, did not suffer from superstitions about the age difference. Anton was on the 7th heaven with happiness and six months later he proposed to Elena. The couple has been together for 6 years! Anton is now 25 years old, and his wife Elena is 59. The only thing the woman regrets is that she and Anton do not have and can no longer have children together…
