Yulia patiently endured the contractions and did not even squeak. However, she gave birth not for the first time and not even for the second, but for the fourth time, so she was a very experienced mother. Moreover, she had a serious job — she is pregnant with twins at once, so during childbirth she will have to put a lot of effort.
The future dad was there and helped his wife with knowledge of the matter — it was clear that he knew what to do, so his help became a significant help for us as well. The attempts began closer to the morning and we moved to the maternity hospital.
On ultrasound, the kids were hiding and no one knew who was going to be born. A boy was born first — he frowned and screamed, as a healthy baby should. Mom didn’t seem surprised by the boy’s appearance at all. Following the older brother, a second baby was born — and also a boy, healthy and vociferous.
And then, unexpectedly for everyone, the newly-made mother burst into tears. At first we thought they were tears of happiness, but they were too bitter. It turned out that this was the fourth pair of twins in the family. Parents loved all the children very much, and they are glad to see these guys. But all the children, without exception, are boys. And Mom really wanted a girl.
And it was necessary for such a coincidence to happen — on the same day a little girl was born, which her own mother refused. Yulia found out about it the next day.
And three days later, her husband, unexpectedly for everyone, brought a full set of papers for temporary custody of the baby. Temporary-while the adoption is being processed, because this process is quite long.
And five days later we discharged home three kids and their infinitely happy mother. The difficulties with so many children did not frighten the parents at all, but they finally got the long-awaited and so desired daughter!
